Hi Scott. I just wanted to say thank you again for the training you conducted with our group. I found it to be extremely helpful in organizing many of the ideas (and goals) I had for my clients. As you mentioned, when I joined this team it was really a start-up operation and the main focus was bringing on new business. There wasn't the structure one might find in larger, more established groups, but we seemed to do pretty well just the same. As I've grown my business, the importance of organizing value-added activities and having a clear road map is critical to client retention and long-term growth. I have found your training and the resources you provided to be extremely valuable. And, as I formalize my own strategy and start to incorporate it into my every day "selling", I know it will keep me headed in the right direction.
