What an Experience!

The entire Polestar process - from beginning to end, Wow!

From the first day there has been an Enthusiasm that started with you, continued with Steve and Richard and finished with some awesome presentations. I want you to know just how much I have enjoyed the Polestar program. From day one I was excited about the process that you have created. For me, working in the insurance industry is all about helping people; that is what we do. There isn't any fancy product or flashy piece for them to buy, they buy us, me as their agent; they put their trust in me, that, one what I have provided as far as coverage is what they need and two that I will be there before, during and after they need me. The Polestar program takes that philosophy one step further as to building that relationship that really benefits the client; bringing out the pain, getting the problems on the table, offering solutions, watching the client grow and succeed.

I have had the awesome opportunity to be coached by Steve. I just want you to know what an asset he is to your company. He is so encouraging and very knowledgeable. Along the way, my road in particular, I have made some decisions regarding my target markets and how I am going to approach them. Steve has been full of insight and encouragement with these decisions as well as Steve has provided additional pieces or thoughts that I can look into. It has been great working with him and I look forward to keeping him posted along my avenue of success.

Richard, well what can I say - he is great too! You are very fortunate to be surrounded by such great staff and not to mention AWESOME STUDENTS! It was interesting to hear everyone's presentations and the how your program affected each one of us differently yet the same. I know in my case, I now have a plan. A plan, which will carry me throughout my insurance career, to be the polished trusted professional that I know I can be.
