Everything is working out great. I have been very busy with new business as well as touching base with my current customers. I have also been getting involved more in Rotary as well as Jaycees (volunteering, speaking at meetings...). I have also found more confidence in seeking out commercial lines opportunities as I have most of my experience/business in personal lines. I think I may have found a couple of target markets for me (social service agencies, health clubs). We finally have good markets for these and I have interest/experience with them.

I gave a brief presentation on Great Producers to my co-workers and the one producer I thought could really benefit from it actually has been asking me to show her what I am doing. She has gotten copies of the things I have done and also has started her own. She has said that it helps her to focus and be more organized resulting in more production!
