Scott:  I don't think you have any idea what an impact your team had on our staff.  I'm still pumped up and it's Wednesday.  Got everything in place and I'm scratching off the things I've completed.   TaDa.   The three of you are quite a team and extremely motivating, I've shared some of your idea's with one of my sons, who is also in the insurance business.  (5 years of college and he chooses this....Grin)  It is all about people and how we relate, best way to discribe it is values, without them you loose much more than your clients, you loose the ability to be all that God wants you to be.  Bless you all and thank you.
