My name is Scott Shappee, I have been in the insurance business for 2 ½ years and I took the great producers program last year.  Being new to the business and joining a family agency you can imagine some of the old habits that were weighing down our agency.  After going through the great producers program I was able to walk away with an enormous amount of new ideas and ways to better myself, the agency, and the way I go about my daily life.  The program gives an innovative and refreshing look at the job we do as insurance professionals.  I have learned and implemented many of the ideals taught by the enthusiastic and intelligent instructors.  Scott Primiano is one of a kind and has a great thing going here!  At the end of our great producers program at the YAC Spring Conference on Mackinac Island our agency principals came to watch us give our final presentation.  They were shocked at what we had learned and even excited about what they wanted to implement into our agency.  I would recommend the program to all producers, new and old.
