With over 20 years experience in the insurance industry, Kym brings to Polestar and its clients a wealth of experience from her diverse insurance background.a background which includes Agency Management, Risk Management, Sales, Claims and Customer Service.
During her long and productive business career, Kym discovered she had a love for and a talent in training insurance professionals. As a result, Kym left the corporate world in 1995 and founded K.M. Associates - Insurance Management and Training Consultants.
Kym has designed, developed and delivered continuing education and professional training programs for a variety of clients, including professional organizations, insurance companies and agencies and insurance brokerage firms. She has also served as a faculty member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of New Jersey since 1992.
Her extensive corporate and consulting experience perfectly positions Kym to provide technical as well as sales and agency management training to insurance professionals at all levels and her superior communication skills are assets specifically suited to her coaching role.
Kym holds several professional designations including Certified Risk Manager (CRM), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and the Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI).
Kym resides in Asbury Park , New Jersey . Her interests include cooking and wine making.
