MaryAnne DiCanto is the Chief Operating Officer and Lead Trainer for Polestar Performance Programs, Inc. During her tenure at Polestar, MaryAnne has authored and facilitated
most of the performance development programs that have established new standards of excellence for corporate training and consulting in the insurance industry.
In addition to program design and instruction, MaryAnne’s
talent for leadership, staff development, and visionary business planning has proven invaluable to Polestar’s growth and recognition as the industry leader in personal and organizational performance development.
A former National Training Director with First Union Bank and Anthem Life and Health Insurance, MaryAnne distinguished herself by designing and facilitating training programs that improved job performance and satisfaction while increasing the organization’s bottom line. Her vitalizing approach to training and performance coaching is extremely refreshing, highly effective, and nationally recognized.
A graduate of Georgian Court University and New York University, MaryAnne’s experience in both the insurance and the banking industry spans two decades and includes work with a long list of carriers, financial institutions, associations, and agencies. She is active in the Freedom Valley Girl Scout Council, The Susan G. Komen Foundation, and the Bucks County community where she resides with her husband and daughter.
