Our program has an intense focus on activity and performance. Other programs tend to be "Content Heavy", ours is "Conduct Heavy". Our clients tell us that because we focus on behavior and performance rather than theory and concept; our work is tangible, meaningful, and gets measurable results.
You will achieve improved results by identifying your objectives,
building a plan to achieve those objectives, and then finding
the discipline, focus, and efficiency required to stick to
the plan.
The success rate for participants is as follows:
10%—no change, no success. These folks just show up and don't do the work.
30%—measured increases in professional and personal "success", sometimes only temporary. This is in direct relation to the quality and consistency of work done.
40%—Significant increases in professional and personal success, usually very long-term.
20%—The sky becomes the limit. Like anything else, you get out what you put in.
You will be competitive based upon your ability to constantly deliver higher levels of value, integrity and trust to those clients that are pre-qualified and truly worthy of your time and attention. We do not play, nor do we suggest that you play, the pricing game.
The time commitment for the workshop, seminar, or series-based program is less of an issue than the personal commitment that will need to be made to accept and implement the changes that will be taking place. The behaviors, strategies, and action plans that we develop and deploy vary in intensity from participant to participant. You'll decide how much time and effort is required and you'll determine what to do and what not to do. Ultimately our mutual goal is to lighten your load, not to increase it, so you won't be doing more, you'll be doing different.
