The Polestar Team has been carefully assembled by our founder.  All members of the team must meet the following criteria:

1. Team Members must have a broad level of experience within the industry at both the carrier and agency level.
   
   
2. Team Members must have an extensive history of successfully coaching, training, and mentoring sales, marketing, and service individuals, teams, and organizations.
   
   
3. Team Members must be personally successful and deeply committed to enriching the personal and professional lives of every participant.
   
   
4. Team Members must be unconditionally responsible for the success of every participant in the program.
