Graduation ceremonies were held today for participants in the IEA Producer Development Program. Participants were honored with a Polestar Diploma for completing a comprehensive, six-month personal and professional development curriculum that includes specific business plans to increase production, retention, efficiency, and profitability. Graduates presented their plans to a panel of agency principals and West Coast Polestar team members Richard Coskren and Steve Thompson. Congratulations to our latest group of Alumni!
