We are honored to announce our first ever Polestar™
Principal's Roundtable, to be held this fall at the
historic Union League in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. This roundtable
has been requested by some of our long-standing clients who
have felt under-served by some of the larger roundtables that
specifically target large agencies.
Ours is different. We recognize that agencies between 2 and
20 million in revenue are not separated from everyday operational
issues and growth challenges by layers of management. We recognize
and appreciate that your time is scarce and your margin for
errors is thin. As business owners ourselves, we also know
that many critical decisions must be made in a vacuum and
it is easy to feel isolated. Not anymore.
Each session will involve agency principals discussing how
they handle the respective issue with a member of the Polestar™
team acting as facilitator and note taker. All ideas will
be consolidated into a workbook for follow-up distribution
to all participants.

Now What and What's Next?
A forecast for the Industry (distribution channels, carriers,
customers, etc.)
The fee to attend will be $3,000 per person, which will
include all session materials, lodging at The Union League,
and all food and refreshments. Your only expense will be transportation
to the Union League in Philadelphia.
Agencies being invited have annual commission revenues between
$2 and 20 million, predominantly from Commercial P&C and Personal
Lines (with group benefits rounding out the agency).
If you are interested in attending please send me a note
or email letting us know your agenda priorities from the list
above and any other thoughts/questions you may have. As always
thanks for your ongoing support and I look forward to seeing
you in Philadelphia.
