Facilitation Plan:

We facilitate the program in three monthly sessions. Each session is designed to be energetic, interactive, entertaining, unpredictable, and highly effective.

Although the participant population is different for each client, we suggest limiting class size to 20 participants in order to promote interaction, allow for role-playing, and facilitate group activities. This limitation may require the addition of a second class to accommodate a larger participant population. Either way, the facilitation plan will closely resemble the following:

Participant Pre-work

We will add a “client only” private forum to our online coaching center and assign each participant a username and password. The forum will be used by participants in our general session to continue their program online, work with a coach, get help, trade ideas, share information, ask questions, get clarification, and stay in touch with us in between sessions. Each participant will be sent a pre-work assignment that includes logging on to the Forum and completing an exercise.
