Each
performance program is facilitated in a series of comprehensive
monthly training sessions, followed by individual performance
coaching meetings for each participant. In addition to these
one-on-one sessions, Polestar trainers personalize an on-line
coaching program with each participant to monitor activity,
performance and accountability. Beyond the six session training
schedule, mentors provide an entire year of coaching to ensure
that program goals and objectives are met.
Participants in these programs attend because they wish to be more, do more, and have more. With the help of the trainer, participants identify what "more" actually is and then design a detailed personal and professional development plan to facilitate the achievement of each objective. Working with the trainer and supported by the management team, participants are guided through a self-paced, active-learning, industry-specific curriculum.
As participants progress through each phase of learning, they
develop and demonstrate new strategies for establishing and
managing priorities, overcoming barriers to growth, developing
and maintaining client relationships, working with and within
teams, and much more. Each phase of their development is carefully
benchmarked, monitored, and evaluated by both the coach and
the client company.
