This
is truly a cutting-edge program. We’ve taken some very
dynamic classroom training methods and molded them to work
in a performance coaching, real-world, multi-level environment
comprised of individual, team, and organizational needs. We
have built in a solid communications platform that extends
from the individual, through the underwriting discipline,
and all the way to the agent. We have also been able to tie
the entire program into the strategies that we deploy in the
Underwriter Performance Development Program. It all fits.
