- Unbiased personnel progress reports including recommendations
to reduce the gap between individual and organizational
performance and potential.
- Regular Senior Staff briefings to review observations,
evaluations, assessments, and recommendations.
- Reassurance that profit center business and activity plans
are adhered to and harmonize with corporate objectives.
- Assistance in facilitating corporate group meetings, trainings,
and other gatherings when needed.
Although the actual facilitation schedule will be developed during the carrier assessment and design portions of the program, a typical facilitation plan for a project would be similar to the following:
Month 1: Needs assessment and program configuration.
Month 2: Program finalization and Home Office/Team Leader/Field orientations.
Month 3: Program implementation begins.
UPDP is a series-based program containing six topic-specific sessions. Sessions are usually conducted once per month for six months. Each session will take place in the designated Branch locations.
The program curriculum includes team coaching sessions that take place immediately following the large group session. There is also an online training and communications portion of the program that is used extensively before, after, and during the program. We encourage each participating location to include all available staff in the program.
