Our Producer Development Programs are designed to teach insurance sales professionals sound sales principals built on the premise that exceptional service sells when delivered proactively, consistently and with integrity.
Each of our programs guides your producer through a set of disciplines and behaviors that will help them create and manage a structured and efficient approach to building and managing a book of business forward for consitent growth and prosperity.
These programs are offered in two formats. Our in-person program is one that is hosted by a carrier partner or association. Enrollment in these "Producer Schools" is usually limited to appointed agencies or members; however, exceptions have been made in the past.
Our Online Producer Development Program was created for producers and agencies who would prefer not to travel to an off-site location and are comfortable learning and interacting in a live webinar format.
Although the delivery method is different, both programs offer the same specific, hands-on strategies, resources and blueprints for accelerating sales, client retention, efficiency and profitability. Additionally, they provide detailed planning tools for personal and professional development that can only be found at Polestar.
