
Our program is unlike any other. It is not publicly available and is only offered as a value
added service from our client carriers. The program is facilitated using a three session format,
with sessions scheduled every other month over a six month time frame. Each participant is
assigned an individual coach. Each session is a mixture of class room training, breakout
sessions, group discussions and individual one-on-one coaching sessions. Coaches are available
to assist participants between sessions throughout the entire six month period. They remain
available indefinitely via our online community center after program completion, as well. The
Producer Development Program is designed to change behaviors and instill the disciplines that
drive success. This can only be achieved through the prolonged repetitive reinforcement, which is
the hallmark of our multi-session, ongoing coaching format. Unlike most generalized marketing,
sales and service programs that are content rich, intellectually compelling and ineffective; our
real world, no-nonsense, activity focused program sets the stage for lasting achievement.
The three session format is structured as follows:
- Session 1 (2.5 Days):
Participants will be assigned pre-work and arrive at this session with the required materials.
These 2.5 days together will include a series of nine training sessions, breakout sessions, group
discussions and assignments, and three coaching sessions that are used to develop each
participant's marketing, sales, and value-added service plans. After this 2.5 day immersion in
the program, participants will continue to work with their coach, one-on-one, to implement the
plans and ensure accountability to the program. This "inter-session" coaching takes place using
email, telephone conferences, and our online community center.
- Session 2 (1 Day):
Participants will gather for a joint training session in the morning and spend the remainder of
the day working one-on-one with their coach.
- Session 3 (1 Day):
Participants will formally present their sales, marketing, and service plans, including their
results to-date; to the coaches, instructors, participating agency principles, and the executive
team from Polestar. Upon successful completion of their presentations participants
will receive a graduation certificate.
