The program has been designed by Scott Primiano founder of Polestar-the premier strategic
marketing and performance development company for the insurance industry-whose client base
extends throughout the U.S. and includes national and regional insurance carriers, financial
institutions, independent agencies and national brokers. Scott is a professional coach, speaker
and author of the industry favorite "Hard Market Selling-Thriving in the New Insurance Era".
The coaching and facilitation team has been carefully selected for this program
by Scott, based upon the following criteria:
- Coaches must have a broad level of experience within the industry at both the
carrier and agency level.
- Coaches must have an extensive history of successfully coaching, training,
and mentoring sales, marketing, and service individuals, teams, and organizations.
- Coaches must be personally successful and deeply committed to enriching the
personal and professional lives of every participant.
- Coaches must be unconditionally responsible for the success of every participant
in the program.
