The Institutes have officially acquired Polestar Performance Programs to continue meeting the professional development needs of those working in the risk management and insurance industry.

For more than 20 years, Polestar has offered customized consulting services, training and personal-performance coaching solutions designed to help insurance agencies, brokerages and carriers increase their productivity, profitability, sales performance, efficiency and client retention.
